RADIO JOWITA 2 IC, POLAND 1970'S

The portable “Jowita 2 IC” radio receiver was produced by the Eltra Radio Factory in Bydgoszcz, Poland, in the late 1970s. The model was a successor to the original Jowita and was equipped with integrated circuits, hence the “IC” designation, as well as a built-in mains power supply allowing operation from a 220 V electrical supply. The receiver features long-wave, medium-wave, two short-wave bands, and FM, as well as separate bass and treble controls.
